Customer Reviews
Got the stacking rainbow
Just received the stacking rainbow toy. It's cute. My little one seems to like it. Came in good condition. No fuss, pretty easy to order.
Good deal on a play mat
I was looking for an organic cotton play mat and found one here. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off, which made a pretty good difference. Shipping was free because the order was over $100. It felt like a good value overall for what I paid. Happy with the savings.
Mostly good, minor shipping delay
I bought the Montessori climbing set for my niece. The product itself is fantastic, really well-built and safe. The overall shopping experience was smooth, but delivery took a day longer than the estimated window, which was a little annoying as I was hoping to have it for a specific day. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but didn't offer much beyond tracking info. Still, it's a quality item and I'd consider buying again.
Always reliable quality
I've ordered from Otteberrys a few times now, and they're always consistent. This time I got a wooden play kitchen, and it arrived quickly, just like my last order for the busy board. The quality is great, always sturdy and well-made. That's why I keep coming back.
Review of the Pikler Triangle Purchase
I recently ordered the Pikler triangle from Otteberrys, and the process was fairly straightforward. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I was looking for without much trouble. Shipping took about five business days, which was within their stated timeframe. The package arrived well-packed, and all the pieces were there. Assembly was manageable with the included instructions, though a couple of the screws were a bit tight to get in. The quality of the wood is good, smooth finish and seems quite durable, which is important for something a child will be climbing on. My child started using it right away, and it seems like a solid piece of equipment. I also picked up an object permanence box, and it's also well-made. I appreciate their focus on eco-friendly materials, it makes me feel better about the purchase. Overall, a positive experience, and the toys are holding up well.

What's the usual shipping time for a Pikler triangle to, say, California? Trying to get it here before my kid's birthday next month.
Hey, wondering if anyone's had issues with their discount code not working at checkout? I'm trying to use the newsletter sign-up one.
I'm looking at the wooden building blocks but also considering Lovevery. Any thoughts on how Otteberrys compares quality-wise?
Does Otteberrys ever do like big sales? Trying to decide if I should wait for Black Friday for a climbing set.
Are their toys actually non-toxic? Like, if my toddler gnaws on the stacking rainbow, should I be worried?
